Looking for an alternative night out but not TOO late? Let yourself enjoy a space and time that you can design with your fellow participants (including Dr. Behling!). We provide the safe space to be creative, communicative and daring. Embrace the moment! 120 minutes of background music provided to encourage participants to find their voice and personal expression. Bring whatever noisemaker you have: guitar, wind-instrument, bells, voices, tuning forks, singing bowls or drums. Don’t have anything at home? We have something to borrow or just clap your hands. Not a musician? No judgement. All community! Light refreshments and gluten-free, vegan snacks provided.

Get out of that chair! Sixty-minute class of balance and core work based on transferring off of a armless chair and/or bench. Any shape, size or age. No weights or balls needed. So you just can’t say that you need to sit down (you already are)! Your choice of lively music. No more excuses…

Slow, moderate or quick-paced ‘maniac dancing’ in a 60-minute drop-in “class” with Dr. Behling to fortify and let off some steam! Club music? Somewhere between Eurodance and 80s and 90s… unless there are requests for other. There’s a mini-trampoline for those who want to showcase and amp their metabolism. This isn’t for club-hoppers or teeny-boppers…just for those who need an hour at the end of the day to get foot-loose to let it all go before going back home (or work). No cell phones or footwear allowed. Wear something comfortable. There won’t be black light for giggles but expect some flashing disco lights. Light refreshments and gluten-free, vegan snacks provided.
