The belowmentioned procedures may be performed at the time of evaluation -OR- may need to be scheduled as RETURN VISITS after Provider has confirmed availability of equipment and that there is no contraindication to the procedure (i.e., patient with a non-MRI compatible permanent pacemaker cannot be treated with pEMF or ICES) .

Minimally-Invasive Procedures

Minimally-invasive procedures are included - additional $75 medication fee.

  • Trigger points 1 or 2 muscles
