To keep our administrative costs minimal, we have decided to remain OUT-OF-NETWORK so that we can continue to offer quality services for a fee that fairly reimburses the time and efforts of our Providers and Practitioners - without compromising the quality of services and environment for our patients.

NORTH SHORE OSTEOPATHIC does not submit insurance claims nor will charge extra co-pays or co-insurance fees. However, all visits may still be submitted for reimbursement from your insurance carrier after payment in full. Please email us with this request. We will email you a special reimbursement receipt (i.e., “Superbill”) for an additional administrative fee that has the individuals codes and fees identified for that date of service.

Of course, paying out-of-pocket fees can be daunting, especially when you don’t know what you will get for your investment. We want you to know that we strive to make our services cost-effective by being extremely targeted in our approaches, and have a reputation for providing significant relief in your symptoms in fewer than six (6) appointments.

All-Inclusive Visits

After careful consideration, NORTH SHORE OSTEOPATHIC has opted to return to prepaid All-Inclusive Appointments. By choosing a specific duration of time, you can be more assured that your needs for the day will met. All visits have options of physician evaluation, diagnostic testing and/or imaging ordering and/or review, medication management, and/or prescriptions, and/or Osteopathic or other PM&R procedures - whatever can be completed within the scheduled appointment time of your choosing. All procedures types are included in this fee, with an additional $75 medication fee for injectables, as indicated.

  • 90-Minute All-Inclusive Consultation $350

  • 75-Minute All-Inclusive Followup Visit $145

  • 60-Minute All-Inclusive Followup Visit $130

  • 45-Minute All-Inclusive Followup Visit $115

  • 30-Minute All-Inclusive Followup Visit $100

All-Inclusive Veteran / First Responder Visits

NORTH SHORE OSTEOPATHIC has opted to offer prepaid discounted services to Veterans and First Responders/Security patients. All procedures types are also included in this fee, with an additional $75 medication fee for injectables, as indicated.

All-Inclusive Team-Based Visits

Welcome to our unique team-based diagnostic and therapeutic approach to integrative care! This is what sets NORTH SHORE OSTEOPATHIC apart from other pain-management groups or practitioners. So to offer more efficient evaluation and management options, this collaborative approach requires no less than three Team Members to support you during consultation and followup appointments.

You may opt into this type of visit at any time - or opt out - and continue your symptom management with single provider visits.

  • All-Inclusive Team-Based 120-Minute Consultation $485
    Includes team conference time, physician evaluation & management, acupuncture and soft tissue evaluations, initiation of Peer Mentorship, and at least one procedure. If Mental Health Evaluation (at your request) is involved as part of the consultation, a discounted but separate fee will be added.

    • If acupuncture is recommended as part of the plan of care, weekly appointments for 4-6 weeks may be anticipated. If you are hoping for more complete reimbursement, it is suggested that you contact your insurance carrier confirm whether it will cover this expense if it is supervised by a physician (not necessarily performed by one) - otherwise you may not be reimbursed for this option.

    • If Soft Tissue Bodywork is recommended as part of the plan of care, scheduling is usually at the convenience of the patient but preferences will be provided by the Practitioner. Reimbursement is not usually provided by insurance carriers.

  • All-Inclusive Team-Based 120-Minute Followup Visit $305
    Actual fee includes any combination of weekly team conference time, physician re-evaluation, oversight & management, peer mentor involvement, Physician/acupuncture and/or soft-tissue procedures included. If Mental Health Counseling is recommended as part of the plan of care, a separate fee for the time in counseling will be added.

  • All-Inclusive Team-Based 90-Minute Followup Visit $265
    Actual fee includes any combination of weekly team conference time, physician re-evaluation, oversight & management, peer mentor involvement, Physician/acupuncture and/or soft-tissue procedures included. If Mental Health Counseling is recommended as part of the plan of care, a separate fee for the time in counseling will be added.

  • All-Inclusive Team-Based 75-Minute Followup Visit $225
    Actual fee includes any combination of weekly team conference time, physician re-evaluation, oversight & management, peer mentor involvement, Physician/acupuncture and/or soft-tissue procedures included. If Mental Health Counseling is recommended as part of the plan of care, a separate fee for the time in counseling will be added.
