Are you looking to make changes to the way you eat? Are you wanting more energy? Looking to lose weight? Struggling with how to navigate dietary restrictions? Want to be healthier but don’t want to give up all the foods you love? Working with a health coach can help you reach your goals.

With so many opinions about what we should and should not eat - it can be overwhelming. Sometimes we need a little help. We need guidance. We need accountability. We need someone to believe in us. This is where working with a health coach comes in. Nicole Mosier believes no one knows your body like you do. There is no one size fits all when it comes to what we should and shouldn’t eat. 

Initial consultation 60 to 90 minutes to build your therapeutic relationship and set three (3) measurable goals (e.g. losing weight, eating more vegetables).

Weekly 45 to 60 minute discussions will be held to confer about what is working for you, where your struggles are, and what changes can be made.

Once committed, consider investing in the process for six (6) months. This gives you a chance to go through life’s ups and downs and form good habits - while having someone in your corner.
