Patients of Dr. Behling (Osteopathic PM&R) and Sean Lynch (Peer Mentor) are encouraged to self-schedule using the SCHEDULE button. A confirmation email will be sent after scheduling if the appointment was successfully made. If you change your mind about the time or date of the appointment - or cancel - you may change it yourself via a link on the same email.

CONSIDER HOW YOU PLAN TO PAY

1. All-Inclusive Appointments

• These are pre-paid discounted service options for those who have large medical deductibles who do not plan to submit to insurance - OR - for those patients who plan to use their health savings cards - OR - for those patients who do not plan to use insurance at all

• Veteran / First Responder patients may opt for this to receive additional discount (but will not be provided discount if anticipating insurance reimbursement)

• Payment anticipated in full on the day of service preferably by check or via cash or FSA/HSA/credit or debit cards.

2. Insurance-Eligible Appointments

• Patients and Veterans/First Responders who plan to be reimbursed from an insurance carrier (no discount applied)

• Appointments are time-based, i.e., 120 minutes, 90 minutes, 75 minutes, 60 minutes, 45 minutes, or 30 minutes

• Payment anticipated in full on the day of service preferably by check or or via cash or FSA/HSA/credit or debit cards.. Otherwise for those on payment plan (up to 90 days), invoicing will be sent to patient for payment via check or online within 7 days.

A Smarter and More Efficient Way to Feel Better: Team-Based Management

Just to give you every opportunity to be successful in achieving your outcomes, we would like to invite everyone to a new team-based model of care . All patients are eligible to opt-in to this option at any time with discounted fees (as our time is streamlined) to achieve more efficient, timely and collaborative care.

CURRENT PATIENTS already managed by at least one of our Providers will NOT need a new consultation - they need only to mention to their Primary Provider their interest in the TEAM-BASED option so that they can be added to the Interdisciplinary Meeting discussions. Once the Team has organized their schedules, visits will be co-scheduled. Please note that Team availability may limit these type of visits to certain days of the week.
