Patients of Dr. Behling (Osteopathic PM&R) and Sean Lynch (Peer Mentor) are encouraged to self-schedule using the SCHEDULE button. A confirmation email will be sent after scheduling if the appointment was successfully made. If you change your mind about the time or date of the appointment - or cancel - you may change it yourself via a link on the same email.

SCHEDULING

CONSIDER HOW YOU PLAN TO PAY

1. All-Inclusive Appointments

  • These are pre-paid discounted service options for those who have large medical deductibles who do not plan to submit to insurance - OR - for those patients who plan to use their health savings cards - OR - for those patients who do not plan to use insurance at all

  • Veteran / First Responder patients receive additional discount

  • Patients may pay via FSA or HSA/credit/debit cards, cash or check

2. Insurance-Eligible Appointments

  • Patients and Veterans/First Responders who plan to be reimbursed from an insurance carrier

  • Rates/Fees are usually no more than $20 above Medicare rates

  • Appointments are time-based: 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes

  • Invoicing will be sent to patient for payment via check or online within 7 days.

  • This option is also eligible for payment plan over 90 days.

  • Reimbursement Receipt (i.e., Superbill) will be sent within 2 weeks of full payment with additional $5 fee

3. Workers Compensation cases:

  • Recommended to schedule under that specific option.

  • All contact information and case number will need to be on record at the time of consultation.

  • Billing will be forwarded to the assigned Coordinator.

A Smarter and More Efficient Way to Feel Better: Team-Based Management

Just to give you every opportunity to be successful in achieving your outcomes, we would like to invite everyone to a new team-based model of care . All patients are eligible to opt-in to this option at any time with discounted fees (as our time is streamlined) to achieve more efficient, timely and collaborative care.

CURRENT PATIENTS already managed by at least one of our Providers will NOT need a new consultation - they need only to mention to their Primary Provider their interest in the TEAM-BASED option so that they can be added to the Interdisciplinary Meeting discussions. Once the Team has organized their schedules, the TEAM-BASED FOLLOWUP VISIT will be scheduled. Please note that Team Availability may limit these type of visits to certain days of the week.

As a NEW PATIENT interested in opting-in to the TEAM-BASED care option, please schedule your TEAM-BASED consultation online - and/or email your chief concerns and how you hope we can help you. Team Members will reach out to you for more information before they start organizing their schedules to support your care.
